We're looking for two female housemates to join our friendly six-person house in NW3!

We're currently a mixed house of three guys and three girls, all professionals in our late 20s and early 30s, and we'd love to keep that balance as two of the girls head off on new adventures.

Council tax is included in the monthly rent for both rooms.

Additional household bills are approximately £60–£80 per person per month, covering utilities, Wi-Fi and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

The cleaner takes care of the communal areas, making it that little bit easier to keep the house looking lovely!

🍷 The house vibe

We're a friendly, easygoing bunch of professionals who enjoy a good chat, cooking together, the occasional glass of wine and heading out for food or drinks.

Everyone has their own friends, routines and busy lives, but we enjoy hanging out together when we're around.

Think spontaneous kitchen chats, the occasional house dinner and a good balance between socialising and doing your own thing.

We're hoping to find two women who are friendly, considerate, tidy and keen to be part of the house.
