Double-bed Room available in a 2-bed flat in South Hampstead on September 10th. My current flatmate is moving away so I’m looking for someone to be a tenant alongside myself, Jack, a 23-year old Mature Student at SOAS. Deadline for agreement is July 24th.

The Flat is furnished, and has a large shared living room with high ceilings. The bathroom has a shower/bath. All rooms have fantastic lighting and double glazing windows.

The room comes with a desk, closet, bedside table and shelves. The flat has ample storage space and in-built ceiling lights both in your room and the living and kitchen area.

Kitchen comes with a dining table, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster. We have a washing machine and drying rack.

5min walk to Finchley Road Station Jubilee and Met Lines and 1min from Overground Mildmay Line. Flat is one stop from Hampstead Heath.

Londis and Costcutter across the road, and Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Waitrose 3-5mins down the road and Finchley Road shopping centre with Vue cinema in it. Camden Art Centre 100ft away and JW3 Centre.
