I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a bright 2-bedroom flat in Chalk Farm from April 2026.
The flat is located on the first floor of a popular 1930s purpose-built block. It’s ideally situated just moments from Chalk Farm tube station (Northern Line), and only a five-minute walk to Primrose Hill and Camden Market - perfect for commuting, relaxed weekend walks, or grabbing a nearby coffee.
💰 Rent: £1,300 per month (excluding bills) ⚡
📄 Contract: 12-month (one-year) contract
Bills: around £85 per person, including Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, and water 🏛
Council tax: I’m a student so I don’t pay council tax, which means the person moving in will receive a discount
A bit about me:
You’ll be sharing with a 27-year-old female, Israeli Jewish, currently studying Stage Management in London. I love anything theatre-related, as well as nature, travel, entertainment and good conversations.
I’m friendly and enjoy the occasional chat over a cup of tea, but I also really value quiet time and personal space, especially during the week.
Who I’m looking for:
Ideally a female in her twenties, in full-time employment, who is clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces.
Furnishing:
The flat will be largely unfurnished, as the current flatmate will be taking her furniture with her. That said, I’m very open to working things out together when it comes to furnishing and making the space feel like home for both of us.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, feel free to message me - I’d be happy to arrange a viewing and chat more 😊
Thanks so much!
