Moving abroad and looking for a replacement housemate. Two guys aged 28 (gay) & 31 (straight). A great laugh, easy-going, and love an occasional TV binge or trashy movie. Good balance of social and doing our own thing.

Flats in great condition, lots of natural light, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, great reliable landlord - quick to respond over the 4 years we’ve lived here.

- Plenty of local cafés, pubs, and shops nearby

I’m only moving out due to leaving London—otherwise I’d happily stay. It’s a fantastic flat in an unbeatable location.
