The flat is located 2 mins from tube station and 10 mins from Primrose Hill & Camden. You never have to take out the trash as flat is serviced.

4) Block has bike parking with CCTV. 24/7 porter service, trash service everyday at 9am (except Sundays). Communal areas are cleaned by building every Thursday
5) Local farmers market on weekends and easy access to central London.

I directly manage the flat so if there are any repairs, they get done immediately.
Current tenants are long term - usually have tenants staying 1 to 3 years.

Existing tenants - two full time working professionals in mid 20s. One works in product management in tech and another works in sales for a tech company (based in Reading so commutes everyday).

Flat does not have a living room though.

A good fit would be someone who is a full time working professional who is seeking an easygoing and organised & clean house with good access to everything in a very central location.
