Hi! We are looking for a friendly lodger for our spacious double room. It’s newly decorated and nicely furnished, downstairs at the front of our Victorian three bed family house. It's available 7 days a week or Monday to Friday or 5 days if you wish.

Hanwell Station and the Elizabeth line, 15 mins walk, Boston Manor 10 mins bus ride, E8 bus stops in both directions at the top of the road. Central London 45 mins to an hour away

Lovely leafy green area with loads of parks, fields and a canal nearby.

Shared use of the kitchen and downstairs bath/ shower room with loo behind the kitchen. We have another toilet upstairs. You get morning priority if you’re heading out to work. Gas fired central heating. A gorgeous garden.

We are a friendly arty single parent family, my teenage daughter, applying to medical school, and me. I work in interiors and house painting. We love to cook good food and are relaxed and sociable, but also respectful of your privacy.

I prefer someone who goes out to work or uni, not keen on working from home, apart from the occasional day, this is often my workplace. We are an all female household at the moment but we'd be open to males (if you're the right guy! Open to LGBT) or females. Liking dogs is essential, we have a friendly Spanish rescue. We try to be as eco as possible and avoid strong chemicals. If you're interested, let me know a bit about you, and we look forward to meeting you.

I'll take a month's rent as a deposit and a reference from your employers / college.
