Hi we have a large attic room in a newly designed house! The room is pretty much ensuite as a dedicated bathroom which is shared by one other is just next door.
Arguably the best room in the house, when looking through photos its the room with the slanted velux windows!
Large kitchen, large garden, lounge, clean bathrooms and toilets, sociable housemates, everyone is friendly and mature - please be friendly and positive!
If anyone is keen on a short let get in touch! We can offer from as little as one month to a maximum of 12 months depending. Shorter lettings are slightly more expensive and do not require a deposit. Lettings over 3 months require a deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent.
