Nicely decorated, self-contained garden studio with private entrance and good insulation. Ideal for weekly to monthly stays, with little to no interaction with the owner required.

The studio includes a combined living and sleeping area with kitchenette, featuring a single-ring induction hob, air fryer/rotisserie, fridge-freezer, sink, kettle, Moka coffee pot, sandwich toaster, omelette maker and toaster.

The bed can be arranged either as a single or pulled out to form a king-size bed. A private patio area at the front provides additional outdoor space with bistro-style dining.

The studio is attractively furnished throughout and offers wardrobe, shelving and storage space (drawers below wardrobe and the bed; below bathroom sink). Cutlery, crockery, pans and kitchen utensils are provided.

All bills, Wi-Fi and council tax are included. Heating is provided by electric plug-in heaters. Bills capped at £5/day.

A workstation and office chair provided in far corner (space permits single workstation on wheels).

Couples are welcome for an additional £25 per week.

A compact washing machine is available for small items as an alternative to hand washing.
Bedding, towels and bed linen can be provided for weekly stays; week-long stays at an additional £50 per week. Guests staying +1 month provide own bedding and towels.

In Old Hanwell, close to the Grand Union canal, Jubilee Meadows and the Fox pub. It’s a lovely area for walks and has a safe community vibe. Many good gastropubs and eateries nearby (West Ealing renowned Persian food and 5 mins walk away there’s L’Oro di Napoli for award winning pizza, Thai restaurant, excellent Fish & Chips with queues outside every Friday night!). Two historic pubs within 5 minute walk, one on the canal. Lots of local events such as carnival, Hanwell Hootie, Ealing Art Trail, Christmas market, Ealing Saturday farmers market, etc.
