Hi! I’ve got a spacious double room with its own en-suite available in a brand new 2-bed apartment in The Bays, Harlow.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe, so plenty of storage. It’s got floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a really nice courtyard, so it gets loads of natural light and feels calm and airy.

The flat itself is modern and super clean, with everything brand new. The kitchen/living space is fully set up with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There’s also lots of storage space throughout the flat.

Location-wise, it’s really convenient. There are shops and cafés right next door, and good transport links into London. Plus some nice scenic spots nearby if you like getting out for a walk.

I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful, and easygoing. It’s a relaxed home where we respect each other’s space, but also nice to have the odd chat now and then.
