The house is located in a very quiet area of Harlow within easy walking distance to the Town Centre and Bus Station , Sainsburys, PA hospital, the schools district and Harlow Town rail station.
There is a shop 3 minutes walk away.
It is a quiet house with a friendly atmosphere. There will be one other lodger. The culture of the house is one of respect and consideration.

The room has a garden view and is situated next to the bathroom.

The bed is a double with extra mattress toppers, 4 pillows and 4 thick duvets. Chest of drawers and clothes rail, desk and chair, laundry basket, blackout curtains, kettle and tea making facilities.

There is a 50” smart TV on the wall with Netflix and Prime subscriptions included.

There is use a fridge freezer to yourself as the other lodger does not use it (there are 2 fridge freezers) and a large 3 shelved cupboard in the kitchen.
