I’m looking for a new housemate (FEMALE ONLY) to move in by the end of November or early December. The total monthly bills are approximately £210 on top of a rent (£425) of nearly £650, which covers everything.

I’m seeking a young professional who is friendly, down-to-earth, and kind. I’m very chilled and easygoing. I would love to do things together, but I also appreciate and need my own time. I work in education and have activities after work, so I am usually home most evenings, but not during the day.
