Hi there!
My name is Claudia and I own a 2bed terraced in Starbeck and I am looking to rent one of the rooms. I currently have a housemate who is planning to leave early 2027, so the room will likely be available Jan/ Feb 2027.
Whilst I am looking to rent the room , I will rarely be in the house as I will be spending most of my time in London with my partner. So essentially whilst you are renting the room, you will have the house for yourself 90% of the time.
The house is circa of 8 min walk to Starbeck train station and trains run every 30m minutes to Harrogate/ Leeds. Buses are available quite often as well.
House is also well maintained:)
