We are couple, with 3 kids that are all under 6 years old (2 girls and a baby boy) seeking a tenant, preferably female, who is child friendly and easy going

We live in a semi-detached house, that was refurbished in 2024, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, 2 living rooms, kitchen, garden and parking.

The spare room is downstairs, has a king size bed with storage and TV with guest access to Netflix and Amazon Prime and 1 gig fibre broadband. The second bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a shower and toilet

If the tenant prefers privacy we are happy to accommodate; the living room and kitchen are shared. All bills are included.

It's a 10- 15 minute walk to Harrow Wealdstone station; there is also a bus stop, 1 minute walk from the house that goes directly to Harrow city centre and Harrow-on-the-hill station, it's a 10 minute journey.

Smokers are more than welcome to rent the room but can't smoke in the house.
