It is important for me to meet you in person. I would NOT be doing online viewings, nor will I take any holding deposit till I have met you in person. It is essential that we speak on phone first before I book a viewing.

Legal and Money: I ONLY take bank transfers, and you must have a right to rent in the UK. Despite your own door and choice of privacy, It is part of the house and hence available for lodgers ONLY.
