I am a friendly 39 year old female and I own this newly renovated 2 bedroom end terrace house and I live in it.

Northwood is a quiet, pleasant, clean, safe & leafy town. This house is a 5 min walk from shops&amenities (Waitrose, Costa Coffee etc) and from Northwood Station (London Underground Metropolitan line, 30mins to Baker Street). Lovely woods to walk around too, 10min walk away. Parking is no issue.

The double room is fully furnished with a bed, bedside tables, desk, chests of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom, kitchen & living room would be shared but are large and also brand newly renovated. There is a large garden to the back and to the side.

I am looking to rent to a responsible professional aged 30-45. Someone that has good cleanly habits is a must. Vegetarian/Vegan would be preferable but am flexible on this.
