I am a live-in Landlord. I have one spare furnished double room available for rent in my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.

I have my bedroom & bathroom downstairs. The spare room is upstairs and has its own shared bathroom with modern shower cubicle and bathtub (this bathroom will be shared by the double rooms and 1 single room). The room has built in wardrobes that act as plenty storage. The single is occupied by a quiet respectful clean young man who is rarely home. The other double is occupied by a young couple both quiet, clean and respectful.

The house has a warm modern decor.

There is a very large shared kitchen and living room. There is a beautiful garden too.

The house is a 10minute walk from Harrow&Wealdstone station (12 min train to Euston station, connections with Bakerloo line and London Overground). There is a bus stop (186) 1 min walk from the house and another bus stop, 5min walk from the house (142, 340, 258). Amenities (Asda, Tesco, Iceland, LIDL) all very near by. And Byron Park is a 10min walk away.

I am looking for a respectful, responsible, clean professional couple that is vegetarian or vegan.

I am a pleasant and friendly lady. My children live nearby and visit sometimes.
