House is in the middle of 3 stations, Edgware, Burnt oak and Mill Hill Broadway.

There is no parking at the property as it's down a footpath but you can park on the road behind the house (need to apply for a permit but it's relatively cheap/easy to do)

House is down a footpath and overlooks allotments so really quiet for a London property.

Hi, I'm Tom. I'm an ex chef who loves to cook turned ad man (I work for a creative agency making content for TV shows and adverts for products). If you apply for the room and come over to view the room, you will also meet Sammy (my dog) so you would need to be OK with dogs. He is very friendly and is a proper lap dog so will probs want to snuggle up whenever he gets the chance.
