I have a bright, quiet (garden facing) furnished double room available in my clean, beautiful house. This well maintained house is modern, clean, quiet & bright.

I'm a friendly, sociable, professional guy. I am a software developer (which means I build apps and websites). I'm very much into a healthier lifestyle these days, so would prefer someone who doesn't smoke and likes fitness/exercise/yoga.

I'm looking to live with professionals, or students (mature in outlook, if not in age!).

I like to keep a clean, calm, relaxed household, with a friendly atmosphere. A place where you always feel glad to return to after work or a fun night out, and where you can get on with your work or study when you need to.
