We are couple with 3 kids, all under 5 years old that are seeking a tenant, preferably female, who is child friendly, easy going and respectful of one's home

We live in a semi-detached house, that was refurbished in 2024 (except kitchen) has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, 2 living rooms, kitchen, garden and parking.

The spare room is downstairs, has a king size bed with storage, chest of drawers, hanging rack, side table, TV with guest access to Netflix and Amazon Prime and 1 gig broadband. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a shower and toilet.

If the tenant prefers privacy we are happy to accommodate; the living room and kitchen are shared.

All bills are included into the price of the room such as council tax, utilities etc.

It's a 10- 15 minute walk to Harrow Wealdstone station; there is also a bus stop very close to the house that goes directly to Harrow city centre, Harrow-on-the-hill station and supermarkets.

Smokers are more than welcome to rent the room but can't smoke in the house.
