🏡 Lovely & Cosy Double Room Available in South Ruislip – £850 (All Bills Included!) 💕

Sadly, I’m moving out of London, which means I have to say goodbye to this lovely, cosy room that I’ve been lucky enough to call home.

The room is bright, spacious and comfortable, featuring:

* 🛏️ A double bed with plenty of storage underneath
* 👗 Large wardrobes with lots of space
* 🏡 A shared kitchen and bathroom with just one lovely, kind-hearted landlady
* 🚇 Fantastic location! Only a 5-minute walk to South Ruislip station (Central Line)

💷 Rent: £850 per month – all bills included!

📅 Available: From mid-November

🌸 A few things to note:

* Female tenant only
* Single occupancy (sorry, no couples)
* Non-smoker
* No access to the living room.
*No pets

It’s a peaceful, welcoming home, perfect for someone looking for a quiet and cosy place to live. ☘️

If you’re interested, please send me a message telling us a little bit about yourself, and we can arrange a viewing.

Looking forward to hearing from you! 💕
