The Vibe
I’m looking for a replacement tenant to take over the final 4-5 months of my tenancy in a fantastic flat in the heart of Wembley Park (HA9). The flat is shared with two incredibly friendly, easy-going guys. As they are both part of the LGBTQ+ community, we are ideally looking for an LGBTQ+ person or an LGBTQ+-friendly person to join the home and keep up the great dynamic they’ve built.
The Flat & Room
The Room: Cozy and functional—it comfortably fits a double bed, a desk, and has plenty of storage space for clothes.
Living Space: The rest of the flat is huge, featuring a massive living room that is perfect for relaxing.
Comfort Appliances: The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Shopping: Lidl, Aldi, and Asda are all within a 5-minute walk, making grocery runs incredibly easy.
Costs & Requirements
Rent: £825 per month.
Deposit: There might be one; something we need to check with the landlord.
Tenancy period: The current tennacy terminates at the end of June, however my current flatmates are looking to extend it if that'd interest you.
Bills: Approximately £150 per month (WiFi, Electricty&Heating, Water, Council tax).
Council Tax: Normally ~£90, though one month is currently tax-free.
Referencing: To be approved by the building's management company, applicants must pass a reference check. This requires a monthly income of at least 2.5x the rent share, or the ability to pay the remaining rent upfront.
