Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Scape in Wembley Park, the tenancy will be formally transferred to you through Scape. The tenancy runs until 29th August 2026.

The room has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, desk, plentiful storage, and a shared kitchen/living area with 4 other rooms. I encourage you read the 'En-Suite medium' room profile on the Scape Wembley website. Unfortunately I cannot add a link to this description, but the website is easily found on Google.

The building itself is very modern with a gym, study area, cinema room, laundry facilities, and an outdoor courtyard. The reception is also staffed 24 hours day. Again, a full profile is available on the Scape Wembley website. All bills are included, the WiFi is very fast.

My tenancy agreement has lower rent than what Scape advertise directly for the room (I believe their rate is £330 a week), as I have received multiple discounts for loyalty. Having lived here for over 2 years now.
