Room for Rent – 8 Minute Walk from South Harrow Asda

We have a ground floor room available for rent, located just a 8 minute walk from South Harrow Asda.

The rent is £850 per month, with bills included. However, this may need to be reviewed if utility usage is significantly higher than expected. For example, with previous tenants, our gas and electricity costs were around £131 per month, whereas with the current tenants, usage increased substantially and the cost rose to £266 per month.
As a result, the current rent was adjusted to £950 per month to help cover the increased utility expenses. We would, of course, discuss any such changes openly and fairly if they ever became necessary.

Also please note that, this was the photo take before the current tenants moved in and the bedroom has been rearranged by them now. But it will be left for you as in the picture shown on moving day.
