OK, I'll make this brief.
I have recently moved into Hartlepool into a nice 4 bed house on the outskirts of the town.
I am putting out feelers for someone to house share with me. I am a quiet persona and am looking for the same
I will send further details on request, which will be a long read.
Basically looking for professional person that works in the week - I'm early retired and don't want you under my feet all day ! Looking at rent of about 80-100 a week AND half the bills of the house.
Rooms not huge but fits double bed and has built in cupboards and lofts for storage and we have loads of spare room in the house.
You'll be expected to help with the house clean and gardening as it's your home too.
I'm 61 but not some old fuddy duddy !
Open to all from 18 to 80. Male or female.
Ideal for someone that has a steady income and is maybe saving for their own home.
Note : just as you answer first or see the house first , it does not mean you get it, I am looking who is right for me. I have to also see who is good for my new neighbours.
I am currently buying stuff for the house and upgrading furniture, waiting washing machine, tumble dryer, some curtains , sofas etc, so if you see house now it it may look a bit empty and a lot of the stuff is my ex tenants old stuff I am using for a while.
No smokers, no drunks, no druggies - will terminate any agreement if you are like this.
Will add pictures over time as I get things in the house
All messages will be answered
Thx Richard
