There are cats here but they are not allowed in the spare room.

Your bathroom is just three steps away and shared with one other person who always leaves it spotlessly clean.

The host is home all day and the lodger is rarely here and stays in his room a lot. He is so quiet I hardly know he's here and he's very clean. Sometimes we take turns shopping and cooking and we occasionally eat together. Obviously you can use the washing machine and other kitchen appliances (new self-cleaning electric fan oven, 4-in-1 microwave, combination egg poaching toaster and space in the fridge/freezer. etc) or you can have cooking facilities in your room (a kettle and Foreman grill for example) but of course you can use the main kitchen too.

If you need additional space for working from home with a desk, printer, filing cabinet etc there is an additional garden office /cabin at the bottom of the garden at an additional cost. The cabin is fully insulated and freshly decorated with electricity, heating, pendant light, plug sockets etc and has its own private entrance, situated just 10m from the main house.

There is plenty of parking space right outside in a quiet residential road. It takes just 15 minutes to walk to Haslemere station or 5 minutes to drive and there's a bus stop just across the road. The bus goes every hour and will take you to Tesco, the station and the main part of town. A train to London Waterloo takes less than an hour and you're always guaranteed a seat from Haslemere. Haslemere is on the main line to Portsmouth too. This location is ideal for a short term let for attending events at Goodwood either Goodwood Races, Festival Of Speed or Goodwood Revival.

Looking for the right person or possibly a couple of any gender who'll fit with us. We enjoy playing music, guitars, reading, darts, board games, computers, gardening, an occasional festival and the Lay-Z-Spa on the patio, bbqs in the summer. All shops and amenities close by short walk to Tesco and M&S and 24 hour garage shop nearby and a nice gastro-pub. There is a Christian church nearby, playing fields and a duck pond and woods.

It's so nice here with the birds singing in the morning, I can't think why you would want to live anywhere else. I am sociable and enjoy a board game in the evening.
