The house is in a quiet road and is a clean, comfortable, calm, friendly and creative space with lots of lovely house plants!
Double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Room has desk, chair, narrow chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. Happy for you to bring own furniture, other than the bed.
There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and you will get one bathroom for your use. I may use it occasionally as has bath and downstairs loo.
It is a shower over the bath.
Use of communal space Kitchen and living room and part of the garden.
I have an art studio in the garden that I spend quite a bit of time in.

I am looking for for a friendly, respectful individual who likes their own space and also is happy to engage sometimes.

Single occupancy and no guests without prior arrangement and no overnight guests.
Professional who works outside the house or full time students, women only please apply. Also open to Mon to Fri only.

I have 2 friendly dogs, so have to love, or at least like dogs!
