Lovely room to rent in a victorian terraced 3 storey house. Room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and storage space. Monthly cost is £680 and includes ALL bills.
House is spilt over 3 floors with open plan living / dining, WC and kitchen on the lower basement floor with doors opening into the garden. On ground level there is an additional lounge / office space, WC and the double room available to rent. On the top level there are an additional 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. One bedroom is occupied by the owners and the other is a guest room.
The house is owned and lived in by myself, my partner and our friendly, cute, although we're biased, miniature labradoodle. I work mainly from home as a graphic designer and my partner works in A&E so works shifts. We consider ourselves as fun, friendly and easy going.
We're looking for someone to come share our home initially on a short term basis but we could be open to extending. Would best suit a working professional. No home workers.
