Hi, I would love to rent my spare room to a kind, pet loving person. The home and room is bright and cheery. There are two friendly cats and a nervous rescue dog, who takes her time to get to know someone, but once she is your friend, is the best.

The room is furnished but happy to move bits out if not required. I do work from home mostly but there is also a home office and plenty of space for you, if you need to work from home also.

I'm fairly laid back and I don't have a list of rules. I would like my tenant to feel at home. In return the tenant should be respectful, this is a quiet home but happy to share the lounge, TV and the odd glass of wine in the evening.

There is a large garden and happy to share and if you are a keen gardener, I can make a section for you.

Smoking in the garden is fine.

Parking on the road out front is free but I do have a space around the back which you can use also.

I'm 10mins to Ore station, st Alexandra park and st Helens woods. There is also a bus stop right outside my house to Town and the hospital. The house is set back from the road and very quiet..

Monday to Friday let also available at reduced rate.
