I'm looking for someone who doesn't WFH. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me so someone that is respectful of that would be perfect. I am a vegetarian and would ideally like someone that would not cook meat or fish. I'm also a naturist(nudist) so would ideally like to find someone that doesn't have a problem with that. Strictly no smoking, no vaping and no drugs. No couples, only available for 1 person. I've started learning Spanish so any Spanish speakers please apply!

The house is in a quiet road close 10 minutes walk to Ore Station with bus stops and local shops a 5 minute walk. Hastings town centre and the Old Town are a 29 minute walk. The house has an open plan living area including the lounge, dining room and kitchen.

The shared bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

The room available is at the rear of the house and has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. The room is carpeted.

There is no allocated parking although parking to the front of the property is not an issue. The garden is secluded in summer and accessed up steps with a patio, decked area, lawns and flower borders and has sun for much of the day in summer. There is a hot tub in the garden (small extra charge)
