Hi I'm Matt, Live in Landlord. Looking for a new housemate.

The Location - Situated in Haywards Heath, its a short 10 min walk to the town centre. 15 mins walk to the station, and 10 mins from the hospital.

About the Room & House, - The room itself is a large double, with built in wardrobe. The room comes furnished with draws, king size bed and mattress. The house is 3 beds, with no plans to rent out the spare room, I use this as an office. The house has a large lounge and dining room area, with two newly fitted bathrooms.

Outside Space - The garden is well kept, and a good size for entertaining. The Driveway has substantial parking, suitable for 2 cars.

About me - I split my time between WFH and the office nearby, i have a Labrador called Benji.

Bills are included however you will have to pay your own council tax.
