Leeds Beckett is just a short 2 minute walk to the rear of the house.
Headingley train station is 7 minutes walk, and the bus stop is less than a minutes walk.

The room itself faces to the front of the property so benefits from plenty of sun/light. It has plenty of storage space as well as a large double bed and a large built in desk with shelves above the desk. It has a shared bathroom but as there is already an en-suite with one of the rooms this is only really shared between 2 people.

Currently there are 3 people between the ages of 23 and 29, all 3 are working professionals. I myself work away loads so am generally away for months at a time.

Everyone in the house is clean and considerate so the same would be expected.
