I am looking for a girl to take over my contract due to the fact that I won't live there next year. The room is an ensuite double one in a 4-ensuite property and will be available this 1st September. It takes 15mins to walk from the house to University of Leeds and it is near Co-op and Sainbury's within 5-min walk.
There are 2 flatmates (1 is Vietnamese, 1 is Chinese-British) studying at Leeds Art Uni, they are really friendly, clean and welcoming.
The rental is £105/week, the utility bills which is £17.5/week will be paid for UniHomes.
The contract has been signed seperatedly between the tenants.
The kitchen of the house has been refurbished lately so it is quite clean and modern.
