Hi there!

We have a room available in a 3 bed house. The room is furnished and spacious and you'll get your own bathroom.

We are two postgraduate students, friendly, respectful and chill. So looking for someone also friendly so we can hang out, go out etc. :)

The house is cosy and nice. The living room comes with a TV and the kitchen comes with an extra small terrace.
The rent will be split between us three, so it will probably cost extra 30-40 pounds depending on us. We'll reduce the cost as much as possible!
