Hi all

I am moving out of my room in hyde park to move city, and i am looking for someone to replace me on the contract.

The house is a massive 5 bed, but only two of the rooms are let at a time so you have a 5 bed house between two people! It is located on brudenell road, close to lots of local pubs and just a short walk across the park to uni. Tenancy is till june 29th, but you can get a short term and find someone after you if needed.

The housemate you will be living with is a PhD student in mech eng, he is friendly, sociable and enjoys lots of outdoor activties.
