Ground floor room with double bed, in friendly shared house, all bills included. Room has desk, wardrobe desk and under bed storage. Situated on the edge of Hyde Park with great views.. I have had to head home for health reasons so I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy (which has already been paid from June through Oct.)

There is a newly fitted kitchen and a large lounge with dining table, wide screen TV and three new leather sofas so there’s plenty of space for everyone. As well as the main bathroom, there are two more shower rooms.

Broadband and all bills included in rent so no need to worry about energy price hikes.

Housemates are a really friendly bunch, all studying at Leeds University, and will welcome you warmly :)
