I am relocating and am needing a new housemate to join our 4 bedroom house located near to Headingley Stadium.

The rent is £504 per month (rent £390 + bills £103* + wifi £11). The cost includes a cleaner, communal rooms only. A £390 deposit is required with the first month's rent which is safely secured by the landlord and returned after final inspection.

The tenancy finishes at the beginning of September for this is a short term let for 5 months.

The house has a large garden, which is ideal for the upcoming Summer months, as well as a large kitchen/diner & living room.

Double room with a double bed, wardrobes & desk.

There are currently two males and one female living in the property. They are all professionals who are sociable, considerable and very friendly.

Castlehill will be doing relevant checks to ensure eligibility and question references.
