We have lived in this wonderful house for 3 years but sadly will be leaving in the next few months and looking for people to take over the tenancy! (Whether that be a group of 5 friends / singles / buddy ups).
Tenancy starts July 1st, the landlord used to live in this house with his family so he cares about the property a lot and will do anything to help! We have a gardener, a driveway for 4 cars, a beautiful garden and a garage.

I have uploaded a few of the rooms as I don’t currently have pictures of the others but you’re welcome to come and see them, we have really looked after the house and care about it a lot!

The landlord takes students and professionals so either work. The house is on a quiet residential road by Beckett park and a 5 minute walk to headingley high street!

We’d welcome people round to look :) x
