We are a group of 7 first year uni of leeds students searching for an 8th student housemate to fill our house as one of us has dropped out after signing the tenancy agreement!

The property has a small garden, three toilets (two bathrooms, and one loo), a sizeable living room and kitchen. The pictures below are rather dated so the microwave and washing machine are no longer in the living room!

Rent is £127.50 per week with bills included and the security deposit is £104.50, with tenancy starting from 1st July 2024 until 30th June 2025.

The house is a 10 minute walk from the university of leeds campus, a 2 minute walk from Woodhouse moor and the 24 hour Sainsbury's on Brudenell Road.
