Beautiful little student house in my opinion, all double bed rooms with two bathrooms. Fully furnished, all bills included in the rent. Only moved out because I had to go on temporary leave. Broadband included as well plus a TV. Lovely kitchen/dining area.

Flatmates would expect you to keep the kitchen fairly tidy but your room is your room and can be as neat or messy as you like, as long as you don't damage the property.
