Looking for a tenancy takeover for my lovely room in Meanwood.

Such a great house for an amazing price - this contract runs till July but there is possibility to extend. Landlord is super friendly and helpful (tenancy change will be through him)

Four beds, two bathrooms, super cosy living room and fab kitchen. There is also a little garden we use in the summer for eating outside. Also five min walk from Meanwood park, aldi, waitrose and close to Headingley for getting to town!

I honestly love this house and would be signing for another year but I am having to move home due to family illness. Looking for somebody from around the start of March but pretty flexible on this.
