Hi! We’re a house of girls looking for 2 female students to take two available rooms in our 4-bedroom house close to Leeds Beckett.
Location – right near Leeds Beckett campus, with shops and pubs just a short walk away.
Room 1 – Basement Room (£137/week)
• Spacious basement bedroom
• Private bathroom on the same level
• Good privacy as it’s on its own floor
Room 2 – Top Floor Room (£125/week)
• Bedroom on the top floor
• Private bathroom
• Slightly smaller which is why the rent is lower
You’d be living with 2 friendly girls, so we’re ideally looking for two female students to join the house.
