I have 5 bedrooms available in the 6 bedrooms house. There are 2 shared shower rooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). There are a shared shower room, a shared living room and kitchen and 2 big double bedrooms on the ground floor with the rent of £420.
There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 shared shower room on the first floor with the rent of £360, £350 and £300.
Each room has a wardrobe, a bed and mattress a desk, a chair and a bedside table.
There are 2 fridges, 1 microwave, 1 toaster, 1 cooking hob, 1 washing machine, 1 kettle, 1 TV in the kitchen living room area.
Looking for friendly housemates who are clean, tidy and quiet after 11pm.
Bills not included. Water, TV licence, internet are £25 a monthly. Gas and electric is dependent on the usage it is about £20-£50 a month.
