Double bedroom on the first floor, fully furnished with a double bed and storage. The house is shared with other female students and has a shared kitchen/living space, bathrooms and a small outdoor patio area.
Looking for a female student to take over my tenancy. The room is available from 15/10/26 until 01/07/27.
- Rent is £606 per month including bills. The property is student-only, and eligible full-time students are exempt from council tax.

Current housemates are female 2nd year students at the University of Leeds between the ages of 19-21.

Looking for:
