We have one top floor available with ensuite left to rent in our much loved home in Meanwood.

The house is a 3 bed town house. Each room has his own bathroom. There is a shared kitchen and lounge on the ground floor. The house is a 5 minute walk from Waitrose and Zucco and outside there is a bus stop to town.

Room 1 - the whole top floor. We can part furnish the room as required. The bathroom has a shower with beautiful views across Meanwood valley.

We are looking for a reliable professional to take on a minimum tenancy of 6 months from 24th July (slightly flexible with dates if needed).
