I’m looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share my place in Hyde Park with me and my adorable cat Jess, she's an old lady now so no need to worry about her wrecking anything, once she warms to you she may expect some attention every now and again though. (Definitely still talking about Jess here)
The available room is a good size and comes furnished, feel free to decorate however you want if you're desperate for lilac walls or something.
You’ll have full use of the shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (obviously?)
The kitchen is functional, not flashy but I do have an air fryer, sous vide and soda stream you're welcome to use.
There isn't dedicated parking but this being Hyde park there is usually somewhere to park right outside, at worst there's always somewhere to park withina 2 minute walk.
The house is comfortable and quiet, I do have friends over from time to time but A) they're lovely and B) it's usually to watch a movie or play board games so if that's your vibe you're more than welcome to join.
Also i expect you to treat it as your home so you're welcome to have people round, I just ask that you respect that it isn't a party house, my partying days are definitely behind me.
I’m ideally looking for someone medium to long term who wants a stable place to live.
I certainly don't want to make this political but intolerance of any kind won't be tolerated, above all I want someone easy to live with 🙂
