This is a spacious flat overall — my daughter and I live in the second bedroom, leaving the spare room up for rent. I viewed and compared dozens of homes before settling on this property after moving to Leeds, and it’s a fantastic find. Set on the middle floor of a three-storey building, it comes with rare floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. The entire flat is new and furnished, boasting fantastic natural light and airflow. You can dry laundry on the balcony, and it is fully furnished with a brand-new double bed supplied by the landlord. Both the living room and bedrooms are generously sized with plenty of extra space.

The flat sits right in central Headingley with all daily amenities close at hand. Three primary schools are reachable within a 15-minute walk, plus local supermarkets and bus stops just nearby. There are excellent transport connections to Leeds city centre and every university campus across the city.
