I'm moving down to London and need someone to take my place in this flat.

The two other lads are super lovely, considerate and funny guys who enjoy music, watching films and just generally having a good time.

The flat is a good location 2 mins walk from Burley Park Station and the local Coop, and 1 minute from a bus stop with a line that takes you straight into the centre of town.

Rent is £500pcm which is a fair price for what you get here, it's a roomy flat with good amounts of light and it's v clean and homely. It also has a balcony which is amazing for the summer months!

Please see attached the pictures, it's a lovely spacious room with a big wall wardrobe with 2 huge mirrors.
