I have a brand new flat in hayes, 5 mins walk to Hayes and Harrington Station. The flat is in the 4th (top) floor with a balcony and decent view, there are two lifts available as well. Available now.

There is a dining table, chairs and a sofa in the living room. All bedrooms have a double bed, desk, and wardrobe.
It’s a new build so I will need someone who is willing to take good care of their place and to be considerate and respectful. I want a minimum 3 month stay, no short term let.
