This is my own private room, which I'm letting out while I'm abroad on holiday — so it comes genuinely ready to live in. Bring a suitcase and move straight in; everything else is already here.

Price and terms

£300 per week, all bills included (gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and council tax) — no surprise charges
Available 14th October – 3rd December (fixed end date, non-negotiable as I'll be returning)
Minimum stay 2–3 weeks, maximum until 3rd December

A refundable deposit applies, as the room and flat are fully furnished with my own belongings. This is purely for peace of mind and is negotiable depending on the length of your stay
