Looking for a considerate and community-minded housemate to share big lovely house in Hebden Bridge with late 30’s woman.

Really want the space to feel shared and like it’s both our home so you’re welcome to hang your art and we can arrange things in a way that works for us both in the house.

The house is walking-distance (up a hill) from Hebden centre, with 2 reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, 2x spare bedrooms, and outdoor area. The available bedroom is unfurnished and there’s plenty of space in the house for other furniture if you’d like to bring it.

Looking for someone with a similar balance to me of sociable and chilled; Enjoy having friends over for food, music-making, art, watching films etc and I also really need good uninterrupted sleep at night so it’s not a party house :-)

Sober/drug-free household. Meat-free preferred. Sharing responsibilities of keeping the house clean and tidy as well as open and respectful communication super important too. I highly value personal integrity, kindness, and regulated nervous systems!

Would consider accepting a pet if they came with the right person :-)

Rent is £650 per month, bills to be shared and not included in rent. Council tax band C (£94 each per month).
